I have just downloaded wendi’s self-hypnosis for Ultimate Confidence.
Do these techniques really claim to give what they promise? or is hypnosis just a way just to make you feel good at that moment?
Has anyone from Y answers undergone such sessions and experienced a positive change?

I have trich and i am really tired of feeling like i look like crap! I have tried everything from putting tape on the tips of my fingers to therapy…but nothing seems to work! its really difficult not to start play with a hair and then just pull it out! My High School Psych teacher quit smoking through hypnosis and i thought i would look into it.
(if you don’t know what Trichotillomania is do your research and then you’ll know what i am talking about)
I have read that anxiety and panic attacks occur because of chemical inbalances in the brain, but nothing is really wrong with you. Is it possible to be hypnotized into really thinking that nothing is wrong with you ?
I was looking at the hypno-chick website - I saw her show at Knotts and really enjoyed it. Has anyone tried it? or any other hypnotic? I just want to know if it’s really worth it.
I’m not looking for a fast/quick way out. I’ve been eating well and exercising, but I was just wondering if these sessions have helped anyone. It’s such hard work to keep up with everything and if a little hypnosis might help, I’d be all for it! Has anyone tried it?
I want to quit smoking. I **** it. However, I am every anxious and it seems to be my crutch. I do keep busy but when I want one, I WANT ONE. I tried Chantix but it made me crazy. I suffer from depression/anxiety and it does say not to take it if you have these problems. That I know is true. I did it. The patches make me have headaches and rashes. Has anyone tried hypnosis? If so, does it work?
